Located in Ocean Villas ll, 700 Building, we are centrally located on a 9 hole executive golf course across from Private Beach access and On-Site Restaurant and Tiki Bar. Beautifully maintained and updated by owner/manager.
The resort level NEW swimming pool complex is complete with hot tub, tiki bar drilk and food service, changing rooms and beach access. There are 3 additional pools within a short walking distance from our Condo.
There is over 3000 feet of private beach. We provide beach chairs in our beach locker at the pool complex. No need to lugging chairs!

We booked in search of a retirement place and this place was spot on to what a community for us could be. A beautiful place, great location, easy access to all of the many amenities, super responsive owners, highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

The room was super clean upon arrival. The view of the ocean is awesome! Unit is well stocked with everything you need. Joe is super friendly and made it very easy to communicate. Great stay!

Wonderful property in a safe and amenity rich resort right on the golf course first hole green. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Joe was excellent to work with and quite accommodating.
