About this house rental
Our townhouse is located within a Reunion community, which only takes 15mins to the DIA, 20mins to downtown Denver, 30mins to all major shopping malls.
It's fully furnished and equipped with all current high tech, eco features such as high speed WiFi, Nest thermostat and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, smart TVs with Free Netflix
Stainless steel appliances with gas cook top are also included. In addition of water softener and under sink water filter, we also throw in counter oven, blender and hot water maker. Every daily thing you need to make yourself feel like "home sweet home"
It has 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 king size beds and one full size bed. Washer and dryer are also included so you could do your own thing
Attached 2 car garage is good for storage and parking your cars out of cold weather
Our home is always considered as "SMOKE/PETS FREE" home but you could smoke in the garage due to the weather and privacy.

Easy access to sites we wanted to see. Home was lovely, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Would recommend this vrbo to anyone looking for a spot in Denver.

We had a great stay here with another couple! Perfect size for us (plus more if needed). House was well cleaned and comfortable. Host was responsive and very helpful when needed! Would stay here again!
