About this house rental
The Inn at Grace Farm has 9 beds and 8 baths within a rural Vermont picturesque view and setting. With 9000 sq ft of buildings including: THE INN- 5 spacious bedrooms and private bath in each, lobby/family room, new kitchen (2017), crafted timber framing makes this an upscale property to enjoy, beds and bedding for 18. Outdoor fire pit, views, handicapped accessible. THE STONE HOUSE- Designed with 4 extra large rooms and 2 baths over 175 sq ft each. Full kitchen with stainless double ovens, stainless double fridge, granite counters, luxury mattresses (2 cots) with beds and bedding for 10. This crafted designed structure replicates old stone building and carries timber framing throughout. Natural stone path to the windowed door opens to an updated and modern space with exposed post and beam. A second fire pit and generous yard.
Enjoy unmatched views of Vermont's rolling hills and layered mountains. THE BARN-Additional $$ rental rate. (This 2700 sq ft. heated year round barn hosts wedding and events up to 110. For numbers up to 160, incorporate a tent as the space flows to the outdoors with 5 exits doors, outdoor lighting, outdoor outlets and over 250 sq. feet of windows for a spectacular viewing. Included in barn rental are farmhouse tables and chairs, bathrooms with 4 stalls, catering prep kitchen, and separate bar serving area. The entire estate has parking for 60 cars, waterfall, manicured landscape, rustic wooden fence, natural stone seating, look-out and red barns. 2015 Travelocity said of this property, "It's hard to imagine a lovlier setting". The nightly rate is for sleeping accommodations only. The barn is an additional daily rate, local and state laws apply to use of alcohol, number of occupants, and other. Inquire for details.

Our family had the most wonderful time gathering at this property which worked perfectly for our multi-generational reunion. It is beautiful and set in a spectacular scenic area of VT. Additionally, our hosts were communicative and responsive. We had an issue the first day - which happens - and they were immediately helpful and responsive and quickly resolved the issue. Everyone loved the property and location so much we hope to gather again next year! Just wonderful all around. Thank you for being such great hosts and for sharing your beautiful property with us.

We had a fantastic family reunion in Fairfax. The house was beautiful and spacious with fabulous views. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, including watching the town fireworks, a trip to Burlington, hiking up Mount Mansfield and kayaking on the river. Don't miss Sunflour Bakery! Aimee was a terrific host, quick to respond and with lots of helpful suggestions.

We spent an amazing 4th of July weekend celebrating our 5 year college reunion (we all went to UVM) at this beautiful property!
The yard was great for hanging out, playing games and enjoying the fire pit. The house was extremely clean and perfect for large parties (plenty of beds, two kitchens and plenty of indoor space to hang out on rainy days).
We were able to get taxis to bring to us to Burlington for a night as well- only a 25 minute drive!
Because of the weather we weren’t able to enjoy any of the river/lakes near by but they seemed to be conveniently close to the property.
All in all, we had a phenomenal time and Aimee was an excellent host. We will definitely be back!
