About this house rental
Nerissa Bungalow no 2 is a semi detached country house with amazing sea views , set in a beautifully landscaped lot of 4000 m2, Consists of 2 bedrooms, living room- kitchen in the same area and a small bathroom with shower. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for a family. A private balcony with amazing sea and mounten view provides a romantic, getaway perfect for meals, drinks or morning coffee. A portable barbeque is available upon request and the place is covered with eucalyptus trees, palm trees, oleanders and many other flowers. Parking under the trees is available and there is enough free space for the children to play. Baby seat, baby cot and bath are available, if needed. The area surrounding the apartment is tranquil, rural and picturesque, ideal for a walking holiday. The nearby sandy beach of klimatsias is 300 meters away and you can go there on foot or by car (there is enough free parking for all cars). Also another sandy beach is at a distance of 200 meter and you can go there through a path of 80 meters

You will be greeted at the apartment by the owner and gladly will she answer any questions about the house and the island.
A generous welcome pack including fruits, juice, a bottle of organic wine and extra virgin olive oil of our family production,cold beer e.t.c. will be provided upon your arrival, so you do not have to rush to the store.
During your staying, cleaning service is not provided. Linens are provided once a week and towels every 4 or 5 days, to be changed by our guests

Nous vous recommandons sans hésitation ces locations ! La situation est très pratique (à 15 mn de l’aeroport, 5 mn à pied d’une crique de rêve), au calme, et la vue sur la mer est très appréciable... Dimitris est toujours disponible et très accueillant : arrivés plus tard que prévu en soirée, un poulet nous attendait au chaud dans le four, avec des fruits, boissons et un excellent gâteau fait maison !!! Enfin, on bénéficie d’un service hôtelier : changement des draps et serviettes, sortie des poubelles. Bref, notre séjour à Nérissa fut un bonheur !

My family and I spent a perfect vacation at Nerissa Apartments. Everything was just wonderful: the island, the apartment, the owners, who are exceptional people. The apartment is clean, equipped with all the necessary, including for a small child, such as baby cot, highchair, various toys in the yard.Moreover, Dimitris and Eleni (the owners) met us with various fruits, vegetables, wine, olive oil and many more.
Am petrecut o vacanta de vis impreuna cu familia in Nerissa Apartments. Totul a fost pur si simplu perfect: insula, apartamentul, proprietarii, care sunt niste persoane exceptionale. Apartamentul este curat, dotat cu toate cele necesare, inclusiv pentru un copil mic, cum ar fi patuc, scaun de masa, diverse jucarii in curte. Plus la toate, Dimitris si Eleni (proprietarii) ne-au intalnit cu o masa bogata cu diverse fructe, legume, vin, ulei de olive si multe altele.
Мы провели с семьей потрясающий отпуск в Nerissa Apartments. Все было просто замечательно: остров, дом, хозяева. Дом очень чистый, оборудован всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания, включительно с маленьким ребенком (кроватка, стульчик для кормления, разные игрушки во дворе, качели). Кроме всего, Димитрис и Елени (хозяева) встретили нас с накрытым столом, с разными фруктами, овощами, вином, оливковым маслом и другими вкусностями.
