Plenty of roaming around space to spread out large groups! 5 minutes to downtown Nashville, Five Points, Titans' Stadium and the Farmer's Market. 10 minutes to Broadway!
Did I mention we have 4 full bathrooms? Don't underestimate the importance of this with your large group when it comes time to go out! :-)

Lots of room, everyone had a bathroom. I wasn't thrilled with the location. The TV and sound bar were a constant pain in the butt. Excellent communications with owner, that was much appreciated.

A wonderful house for a gathering of friends and family!! Lots of space for everyone!! Easy Uber ride to all the fun Nashville has to offer! Would highly recommend this house

Jaison and Kat have a beautiful home in East Nashville! It was just what we were looking for in a short weekend with 10 girls! Plenty of space and an easy uber ride to broadway and local attractions! Jaison and Kat went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend we all enjoyed them opening their home to us!

The house looked good on paper but the reality was very different. The entire house was poorly cleaned, the furnishings, especially the kitchen ware, were cheap and many were falling apart. Area rugs were curling up. The amount of bath and kitchen towels was inadequate. Lights were out throughout the house. The walk up to the house had a wooden platform which was falling apart. We notified the owner of the problems.
