Beautiful interior decoration and fireplace. Very comfortable, relaxed, spacious, and home like rooms. Perfect views of the lake. Beautiful garden and terrace with a grill. Great area for walking, biking, swimming, and skiing. Walking distance to restaurant. The owner was kind and helpful. We were so happy with our time here ! We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Great place to stay. I was there with my 3 friends. Relaxing, quiet. Location with view on the Lipno lake and mountains is astonishing. Also it is very close to bigger and more tourism concentrated places like Frymburk, Lipno or Cesky Krumlov. Rooms and toilet are so clear and good organized. There is fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room with big sofa and tv. So much space inside the house. For me and for such a low price it is one of the best places I have ever been !
I think that the beach near residence is a not yet good organized and marked. But the owner said that he is working on it and preparing some canoes and boats also. Owner is speaking only Czech. I am from Poland and it was easy to communicate but it can be a problem for some other countries.
