Pet friendly apartment which is close to a dog beach. Peaceful neighborhood, terrace in the shadow almost whole day (at least in September) so you can enjoy your lunch in front of the apartment on the frash air...parking next to the house. Also, Marica, who takes care of the apartments, is a great and very friendly host.

Super family apartment with a nice terrace overlooking both the sea and the mountains. We were greeted with a smile every time we met the caretaker lady and she made us feel very welcome.
There's a nice little grill with a table and a few seats which was used regularly, it was always cleaned and neat by the next day therefore each of the families had a nice hygenic experience. The apartment also had a hob so we could use that as well for cooking.
The beach is close by (~300m) and there are also a couple of restaurants, a bakery, ice-cream parlour and a little shop right beside it.
I would not say we had a problem with the apartment being on the hill but I'd recommend out of the two streets the one that's going down directly to the sea, that being a little bit less steep. I had an old pug and my 70 year old smoker father with me who could handle the slope fairly well, they were just taking it slowly.
If you have any kinds of mobility impairment I would say you should be definitely taking the hill into consideration before booking.
