small family beach community
- The house is located on at the end of a cul-de-sac.
- Sleeps up to 10.
- There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds
- There are skylights in the two of the bedroom
- 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower (hot & cold).
- The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher.
- Heart pine hardwood floors throughout house.
- Large capacity, front loader washer and dyer (gas) in the kitchen
- Large wrap around composite deck with deck furniture and a propane weber grill
- Located on the bayside of the island which is 2 blocks to the beach.
- High efficient CA/C system.
- High speed wireless internet and family basic cable.
- We provide mattress pads, pillows, comforters but not bed sheets or towels due to Covid

This was a perfect house for our family get together. The house was well furnished with everything we needed and Bill promptly responded to any questions we had. We all agreed that we will return to this house for our next reunion.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Bill's house. The location is better than we'd imagined from the pictures alone, as the house is surrounded on two sides by water, and just a short walk to a spectacular beach. Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the access to a kayak and paddle boards, and the very comfortable beds. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay!
