About this cottage rental
In the heart of the Basque Country, in a green setting not far from a river with views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside, Nathalie and Fabrice welcome you to Domaine Abartiague.
For all nature lovers, Ossès is ideally located to visit and discover the Basque Country, hiking or biking, sports activities such as paragliding and rafting, fishing sites but also its proximity to the Ocean and beaches only 40 minutes.
You can discover St Jean Pied de Port 12mn, Espelette and Cambo les Bains 20 minutes, Bayonne 30 minutes and Spain only 20 minutes.
"Etxe Alde", has been completely renovated in 2017 with all modern comforts, while keeping the charm of the old. Attached to the main house, its entrance, terrace and garden are however independent of it.
On the ground floor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and a large living room with wood stove in the old fireplace (30m2)
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms:
- a large bedroom with 2 single beds 80 * 200 (possibility to bring them together)
- a double bedroom, 160 * 200 bed
- a single room, bed 80 * 200
A bathroom and separate toilet.
Outside you can enjoy the peace on its terrace of more than 40 m2 including a covered part and its garden with table and barbecue.
You can enjoy our 15x4 pool that we share, secured with a rolling shutter, ecological (no chlorine or salt), terrace with deck chairs facing an unobstructed view awaits you.
Inside the Domaine, a well-being area with its hammam will relax you.

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, mais la photo de la maison est un peu trompeuse car la location est en fait dans une annexe mitoyenne qui est moins belle.
La cour est séparée de celle des propriétaires par une petite cloison.
D'autres locataires partagent également la piscine.
Une amélioration est à apporter sur le linge de maison qui est vraiment sommaire (une seule petite serviette par personne et deux torchons pour une semaine)

Hôtes très disponibles et aux petits soins pour nous. Ils aiment ce qu'ils font, ils nous partagent leur région et cela rend les vacances encore plus intéressantes et agréables. Merci Nathalie et Fabrice

Ben je op zoek naar rust, ruimte en privacy dan zou ik niet verder zoeken. We hebben met onze pubers twee weken een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het mooie huis van een heel aardig Frans gezin. Het is schoon, ruim en biedt veel privacy & comfort. Volledig goed ingerichte keuken , grote koel/vries combinatie en een badkamer met lekkere douche. Een bed met goede matrassen en een huis wat koel te houden is bij warmte. Het uitzicht bij het zwembad is magnifique. Het zwembad is ook ontzettend schoon met lekkere ligbedden. In de omgeving zijn er sportieve dingen te doen zoals raften, canyoning, fietsen, wandelen, klimmen (Parc d’Aventure) Het strand op enige afstand met hoge golven. Een goed restaurant in de buurt. Je waant je echt twee weken op het platteland. Mocht je met vier personen zijn dan zou ik het losstaande huisje boeken. Deze heeft vanaf het terras een prachtig uitzicht over de Franse akkers en het zwembad. Kortom; een heerlijke vakantie waar we met veel plezier op terugkijken! Bedankt...

Très bel endroit, bien rénové avec du charme. Au calme, avec une très jolie piscine. Hôtes très accueillants
