About this house rental
Όμορφη κατοικία με εκπληκτική θέα στα νησιά των Σπετσών. Μεγάλο σαλόνι με a / c, μεγάλη κουζίνα, μεγάλο μπάνιο, μεγάλες βεράντες και πολύ άνετα υπνοδωμάτια. Τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν διπλά κρεβάτια με θέα στη θάλασσα και το δάσος και διαθέτουν a / c. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση στην πισίνα. Η παραλία απέχει 300μ. Και μπορείτε να περπατήσετε ή να το οδηγήσετε. Το όνομα της παραλίας είναι "κοστούλα", είναι αμμώδης με καθαρό γαλάζιο νερό.
Το σπίτι διαθέτει δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης και δωρεάν wi-fi.
Μπορείτε να επισκεφθείτε τις Σπέτσες με πλοίο (20 λεπτά ταξίδι) ή νησί Ύδρας. Η πόλη του Πόρτο Χέλι απέχει 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, καφετέρια και μπαρ.
Μπορείτε να έχετε όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεστε στις διακοπές σας.

The apartment is very spacious for our family (two adults, two children). Nice bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable airco, and beautiful view on the sea from multiple terraces.
The swimming pool is perfect to cool off and have fun with the kids. There are plenty nice beaches around, even within 5 minutes walking distance.
Kosta as place is not very interesting, but it is only a 10 minutes drive to Porto Cheli with AB supermarket, bakeries and nice restaurants.
John is a very kind host, who was staying with his family in the ground floor apartment and was always ready to help out with practical things or recommendations for beaches or restaurants.
We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful week. It is a beautiful large apartment, with three big bedrooms and a living room... and I don't know how many balconies. The view is fantastic. there is also access to the pool which you share with two other apartments (which means you basically have it for yourself).
Beautiful solitary beaches all around!
Great and helpsone host.
