Bianco Mare Villa

The villa was nice, location is 10 minutes walk form the castle and main shopping and entertainment street, and host did everything they can to make sure we are comfortable..however that place would use some love from a proper owner: lots of cabinets need to be fixed. It was a surprise that the villa has huuuge stairs to the lower part where 2 bedrooms are located. I didn't see it from the description. We travelled with 2 elderly people and they had to stay upstairs all the time. The lower bedrooms are very damp. We even took a mattress out to leave it for a day under sun, as it was damp and even had some mold on it. There is a construction of another villa next to it, so there is no view:) however there were no active construction except of one day, but host was able to stop them and postpone work until we leave. We enjoyed Otranto and location very much, the place was good , but as mentioned above had some room for improvements

We didn’t use the spa as it was empty. Wasn’t sure if we could fill it

Jacuzzi en dat je heerlijk met ze allen op de veranda kan zitten

De keuken deurtjes zitten schots en scheef waardoor lastig te sluiten. De regen douche op de begane vloer deed het niet zo best. Te weinig waterdruk en het duurt even voordat het water warm wordt.

The property is located quite far from the old town and it is not a short walk. There are zero amenities around the house. Bathrooms were not clean, with hair in the shower. The lower floor bathroom did not have hot water so it was unusable for showering. Even dishes were not very clean and partially broken.
