"What a fantastic alternative to staying in a hotel, how about having a floating house with all the comforts instead of a small room and en-suit bathroom. Great location and great friendly staff."

The location, communication before arrival
Water didnt run off the bathroom shower and sink, basically not possible to have a shower without flooding the place. Quite nasty. Also coffee machine didnt work.
