The accommodation boasts three cozy bedrooms—a king bed in Bedroom 1, a queen bed in Bedroom 2, and a suite featuring two queen beds, an extra-large bathroom, closet, and changing area. Located just 4 miles from the lively Tootsies on Broadway Downtown, a quick Lyft, cab, or Uber ride of approximately 10 minutes awaits. Expect a fare around $9 for a Lyft ride, excluding surge pricing.

Venture 3 miles to Vanderbilt on West End, reachable in about 11 minutes via Lyft, cab, or Uber, with a fare averaging around $11.

Other Things to Note:
At Dogwood House, many guests opt not to rent a car, which is perfectly convenient. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance for your dining pleasure. Should you require a grocery run before or during your stay, simply message the host 24 hours in advance, and we'll be delighted to handle it for you.

For the Grocery Run service, a convenience fee of 5% of the total cost will be added, along with a $5.00 delivery fee and $0.20 per item. Payment is due upon delivery, either by cash or card, and you'll receive a receipt for your records. Failure to have payment ready upon delivery will result in a 15% late fee added to the total, charged through Airbnb. Please note that guests may need to sign a liability waiver upon receiving the packaged groceries, and this service does not include alcohol delivery.

Interaction with Guests:
We don't have early check in or late check out. We stay firm on that. The cleaning crew does not need to be rushed, we want them to have the place perfect for you, and for the next guest. We appreciate your flexibility!
