Wonderful cottage in fantastic Brookhaven neighborhood! (Minimum stay 31 nights)
Just a short walk from the Brookhaven Marta rail station, this lovely 1940's bungalow is thoughtfully renovated and decorated. A charming, clean, and cozy cottage in one of the safest and most sought after neighborhoods in Atlanta.
Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch, then walk to the local community Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine in your private back garden courtyard before walking to one of several nearby popular Brookhaven restaurants, wine bars and sports pubs. Or take a quick Uber ride to dining, shopping and entertainment in nearby Buckhead or Midtown.
Truly unique and filled with natural light! Beautiful original hardwood floors and luxury hotel bedding (crisp white cotton percale sheets and duvet). Clean and fresh white slipcovered furniture, casually covered with white linen and cotton throws we wash between every guest. Simple and elegant decor featuring original art from the annual Brookhaven Artist's Market. Brand new kitchen appliances in the small but bright and sunny kitchen.
The covered front porch, with a teak swing and ceiling fan, overlooks a huge Magnolia tree. The backyard has a garden courtyard and is completely fenced-in with a big, level grassy lawn surrounded by native trees and flowers.
Fantastic location! Only minutes from Buckhead, Atlanta's premier shopping destination. Less than 2 miles from Lenox Square / Phipps Plaza. Easy Marta access to vibrant business, dining and entertainment centers in Midtown & Downtown. Just 35 minutes to Hartsfield International airport on Marta, with free daytime parking at the Brookhaven station (only 1/4 mile away).
Amenities like fast Wi-Fi internet, new Samsung 50-inch Smart LED TV, clean white kitchen with open shelving, and washer/dryer make this an easy place to settle in for a few days or months.

Children - the cottage is not child proofed and it was decorated with adults in mind. For example, there are glass tops on some of the side tables. Please inquire.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Magnolia Cottage. Super close to Marta, which made traveling convenient, and downtown Brookhaven. Amy and Brooks are the best. Thank you for everything!

An extended stay here was just what we wanted: simple and comfortable living. Perfect location for our needs. It's nicely decorated indoors and has mostly-private outdoor seating areas. We especially appreciated the king bed, the bathroom magnifying mirror, and cable TV - thank you! We loved walking the neighborhood, and even saw wildlife. The sort-of steep and tight driveway might be challenging for elderly renters. Note: We always sleep with ear plugs and a fan, so we weren't at all bothered by the nightly trains ...but light sleepers beware perhaps. Amy & Brooks are accessible and accommodating. Excellent owners - they actually wanted to provide more services than we wanted, and understood when we needed to decline intrusions. Husband and I both give our stay a 5.
