Once you get a north facing room, amazing view. Two bedrooms. Some kitchen equipment. Nice working TV. Most convenient location in DaNang. Some apartments are nicely put together. Wifi worked great.
Absolutely hate that you can't choose a room on booking, it becomes a negotiation game at check in, this should not be allowed on booking. I observed 3 apartments and stayed in two, the degree of quality varies drastically. Corner north facing rooms are amazing, non-corner north facing have bad ventilation in 2nd room and bathrooms, east facing rooms blocked by building views, cancel. I hate the full bathroom showers. My longer stay apartment had terrible floors, broken doors, and bad drainage of ancient washing machine spilling water on balcony. The host should put specific rooms in sub listings and charge accordingly.

phòng ẩm mốc, bong tróc nhiều chỗ, mùi ẩm mốc bao trùm, phải mở toang cửa cho gió lùa bớt thì đỡ hơn. Giường cứng như đá, trở mình kêu răng rắc, ga giường thì sờn như dính cát (sau đó chỗ nghỉ đổi ga mới đỡ hơn). Thiếu đèn ngủ cho các phòng (chỉ có 1 đèn còn nguyên vẹn, 1 đèn bị gãy, phòng còn lại không có đèn). Đêm đầu không tài nào ngủ được vì mùi mốc và giường tệ quá
