The location is quite central. From there it is only a short walk to the city's main pedestrian street.
There are some parking lots available in front ot the facility.
There is a permanent presence at the reception until midnight.
The room was quite large with an adequate cupboard, good lighting, good matrasses. The bathroom is sufficiently large for 2 with all the necessary utilities.
Breakfast was well organised with sufficient choice.
Room rate was quite a good value for money.
Only a few small issues. One of the bedside did not have an individual light. Would be nice to have an extra reading light.
The external part of the shower needs some fixing with some small patches of rust & mold buil-up.
Being a structure managed by nuns, one has to accept religious decoration & silence.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and common areas, and the feeling of security. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for walking distance to nearby sites, amenities, etc.
It would have been very much appreciated to have at least a small refrigerator and a kettle in the room. The breakfast items seemed a bit sparse at times, but the coffee was very good and the service was great.

Very polite Hotel staff. They were quite friendly with us and very ready to give a hand if anythingelse needed.
I would suggest to add fruits, eggs and more options for breakfast.
