Disappointing
Needed to check in a bit later - created unbelievable issue w/ owner although she was advised ahead of time. Never met more unfriendly lodging staff in my life accusing me of not paying my bills as I did not produce 15 ZLT in cash upon arrival (although we paid almost 1.000,- ZLT ahead for reservation) for the city tourist tax - that should be probs noted while booking, that only payment in cash / ZLT is required upon check in (although the rest of EU is using contactless / cards). Website notes staff speaking ENGL - not really as the owner couldn't not explain the tourist tax. Sadly - the very bad arrival experience spoiled my entire stay. Facility claims a sea view - impossible due to houses / hotels built in front & trees. Shower had a bit of mold & rusty faucets. Other than that - it is a fairly new facility w/ very nice interior design, appealing decors & the outdoors pool is beyond wonderful!
