Die Lage, Erreichbarkeit und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut.
Die Wohnung hat Charme, es müsste nur etwas gemacht werden. Bspw. die Fussleisten, der Boden im Wohnzimmer, der Couchtisch oder auch das Unkraut im Innenhof. Das wirkt alles nicht sehr einladend.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen sehr gern wieder. Die Lage ist ideal, um vieles entspannt zu Fuß zu entdecken, und gleichzeitig ist die Anbindung mit Auto und Bahn hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Es war auch sehr ruhig im Haus, trotz Straße vor der Tür. Die Terrasse war auch sehr schön. Für unseren Hund sind keine Kosten angefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gleich ums Eck.
Das Bett war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man bekam nicht immer einen Parkplatz vor der Türe.

Die Lage war nicht schön, aber praktisch, da es einen direkten Anschluss an die Straßenbahn gab
Die Ausstattung ist z.T. überholungsbedürftig (Teppich im Wohnzimmer, Waschbecken mit sehr niedrigem Wasserdruck, Handtücher mit Flecken und z. T. mit abgerissenem Anhänger, der aber nötig war, denn es gab nur Haken zum Aufhängen.Eine Zumutung war der Hausweg zur Wohnung, er war vollgestellt mit viel Gerümpel und es roch ziemlich übel.
