Venture outside to the balcony, fire pit, and outdoor play area, where you can soak up the sun, roast marshmallows, or let the kids and pets can burn off energy! The Hangout consist of two structures separated by the pool. Main house features a large living room, dinning room and completely stocked kitchen. One bedroom and full bath along with laundry room on main level. The upstairs is large master bedroom, full bath and an futon in alcove for extra guest. Across from main house is separate structure with a downstairs game room, equipped with ping pong table, air hockey along with several board games. Also has full refrigerator, bar sink, half bath. Also provides a queen bed and futon. Great place to open the windows and fall asleep to the sounds of crickets and frogs! The upstairs has two queen beds, one single along with sitting area, tv, coffee maker, mini fridge and full bath. Plenty of outdoor spaces to spread out or gather!

Hard to beat. Three families, each from different states, gathered to share Thanksgiving. Sandi made sure all was top notch. Pool was closed due to season. But hiking trails were open and used.

The property is located in a private setting with a private pool, hot tub, and game room to keep everyone entertained at all times. Plenty of rooms to sleep in or take a nap without being disturbed. Would definitely book here again!!

It was awesome. The house was clean and comfortable. The property was very quiet and secluded. The pool was wonderful. The host Sandy was phenomenal!

The pool is the best feature of this property. The main house needs maintenance work badly. It says online that the property sleeps 14. True if half are children.The oven is hard to figure out and no directions are available. The downstairs of the bunk house is not air conditioned. We managed to stay the 2 nights reserved, but would not have tolerate any more time there.
