I can't say enough good things. Loved the ambience of the whole hotel & the awesome staff. We were made to feel special & comfortable. Every detail is thought about ahead of time & it truly makes a difference. Can't wait to go back!

Room was clean and spacious
Medley Restaurant had an enormous selection for breakfast
Staff were friendly and polite.
The indoor beach was CLOSED for renovations. But nothing mentioned about the closure when booking.
Hence, pool overcrowdedand, due to indoor beach being closed.
Everything is overpriced, then doubled.
Outdoor pool has little shaded seating.
Incidental deposit of 5k per night, takes between 2 and 4 MONTHS to be refunded.
The AUDACITY to hold on to deposits for so long, just so the hotel can earn interest from your deposit
$$$$
