300m from the largest sandy beach in Sainte Maxime - Large new 3-room apartment of 72 m2 with air conditioning, in a very nice one-storey residence, quiet and secure, bordered by a pine forest at the back, large sea view terrace, 4 sleeps, fitted kitchen, comfortable, 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets, 2 bathrooms, reversible air conditioning, elevator, parking and garage in the basement. Large sandy beach with restaurants 300m away.
Shuttles (1 euro) will take you as well to the city center at 5 minutes, as to the commercial areas or the other beaches, departure at 300 m from the residence. Sea shuttles leave the port for Port-Grimaud, St. Tropez, Porquerolles, the Lérins Islands, St. Raphael etc ...

We really enjoyed staying in this comfortable, modern apartment. It was fully and comfortably equipped and we had everything we could need. The flat is within a short walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach and all the amenities of St Maxime which is a lovely seaside town. We had a wonderful time and recommend this flat to anyone. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la très charmante propriétaire qui nous a donné toutes les indications pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de la résidence, la situation à proximité de la plage, la propreté de l'appartement, ainsi que l'équipement ménager complet et de qualité. De plus, la climatisation, les deux salles de bain et le confort de la literie en augmentent encore l'agrément. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et je recommanderai cette adresse à mes amis.

Wir (Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern), haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. F. Jacky hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas fehlte, hat sie sich gleich darum gekümmert. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Unterkunft und würde auch wieder kommen.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Appartement is sfeervol ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot balkon met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Strand op loopafstand. Communicatie met Francine perfect. Dus zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement à la fois bien pensé et bien aménagé. La vue sur la mer attire l'oeil dès l'entrée et la terrasse est à l'ombre à partir de midi, ce qui est très agréable. Une mention particulière à la propriétaire et à son conjoint pour l'accueil, leur gentillesse et leurs conseils avisés, un couple charmant. Christophe et Elodie.

Appartement conforme à la description, très agréable , très bien situé à 400m de la plage de sable très propre. Tres belle vue de la terrasse, bonne literie Sainte maxime accessible par la navette en 10 minutes. Merci beaucoup à Hana pour son accueil lors de notre arrivée et Noelie pour le départ. Tres bon contact avec la propriétaire. Bref, nous recommandons cette location.

Der Kontakt mit Frau Jacky war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Da sie in unserer Reisezeit nicht da sein konnte, hat sie sich bei Ankunft und Abreise sehr nett vertreten lassen - dabei ist es dann praktisch, wenn man französisch spricht. Der tolle Blick aus der Wohnung fällt auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Hänge (und direkt unterhalb des Hauses auf einen kleinen Parkplatz, der im Herbst nur von Hausbewohnern benutzt wurde). In die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage passt gut ein Auto in "Golf"-Größe - aber auch wenn man nicht darin parkt, ist es zum Ein- und Ausladen sehr praktisch, weil das Gepäck dann einfach über den Fahrstuhl auf die Wohnungsebene gebracht werden kann. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Der große Nartelle-Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, alles andere recht schnell mit dem Auto. Auf dem Balkon hat man im Herbst etwas Morgensonne. Immer wieder eine Reise wert.

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending time in Francine's apartment. It was very clean when we arrived and Francine went above and beyond to make sure we got in safely. The apartment is so close to great "La Nartelle" beach. Very happy with our experience here! I would highly recommend you this place to stay in the South of France.

De retour dans cet appartement que j'adore avec sa vue splendide sur la mer... et appréciable même posée dans le salon ! Il est parfaitement équipé, joliment décoré et très lumineux. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Et la propriétaire est très chaleureuse, avec le souci que tout soit parfait pour ses locataires. La nature est magnifique, de belles balades à faire à pied ou à vélo... sans oublier le garage sécurisé. Vraiment à recommander.

Comme lors de notre premier séjour, ce fût un plaisir de passer quinze jours dans ce t appartement très agréable à quelques pas de la plage.La gentillesse de Mme Jacky n'est plus à vanter:elle se " met en quatre" pour nous mettre dans les meilleures conditions.A prévoir pour les périodes d'hiver un sèche linge.Un appartement à louer les yeux fermés!!

Nous avons énormément apprécié cet appartement, idéalement situé au calme, superbement meublé et très pratique. Un peu en hauteur, la vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. Aucun problème pour se garer, il y a même un garage sécurisé. Nous projetons déjà d'y retourner, notre semaine nous a paru trop courte et il y a tellement de belles balades à faire. On ne peut que recommander cette location.

We love to stay in Ste Maxime and our favorite beach is La Nartelle. This apartment is nicely decorated, equipped with what you need, has a wonderful view and is perfectly located near the beach. Five minutes drive to the center of Ste M and to the golf club. We will be back!

Une excellente surprise que cet appartement, spacieux, belle décoration moderne, tout le confort est à notre disposition. L'emplacement est parfait, à 5 mn de la plage à pieds et au calme. La vue est magnifique sur toute la baie. Il y a, et ce n'est pas négligeable un garage souterrain donc la voiture reste au frais ! L'accueil qui nous a été réservé fut extrêmement chaleureux, nous sommes déjà en vacances !!! Merci pour tout, nous relouerons lors d'une prochaine escapade à Sainte-Maxime. Nous conseillons vraiment cette location, l'appartement nous réconcilie avec les locations par particulier !!

Trés bel appartement tout équipé, lave vaiselle, lave linge etc... avec vue superbe sur la mer et les bateaux. Que c'est agréable de déjeuner le matin sur la terrasse à l'ombre et en regardant la mer. Nous avons appréciés les deux grandes chambres avec moustiquaires aux fenêtres, les deux salles de bain, les deux chaises longues pour la sieste l'aprés-midi. Le garage en sous sol ainsi que la porte d'entrée avec ouvertures télécommandées, la proximité de la plage a 5 minutes a pieds. Mais ce que nous avons apprécié le plus c'est le calme de cette résidence malgré la présence de nombreux résidants. A recommander surtout aux personnes désirant se reposer. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la sympathie des propriétaires et de la gardienne.

En ouvrant les volets de la terrasse c'était un réel enchantement, une magnifique vue sur la mer ... nous avons souvent fait traîner le petit déjeuner pour profiter de la vue ! A recommander ... et à louer sans hésitation !

Tout est conforme au descriptif. Appartement meublé avec beaucoup de goût, belle vaisselle, très bien agencé et très partique, les pièces sont toutes très agréables. Tout est réuni pour des vacances réussies! La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse. Accès rapide à la plage ( 5 min). Accès facile au centre ville , en 5 min en voiture. Et le "must" de cet appartement , est l'accueil de la propriétaire, ce qui devient tès rare de nos jours! Donc merci pour tout et à l'année prochaine.

Séjour en Famille avec espace à vivre idéal, partie nuit parfaitement insonore. Accès à la plage à pieds rapide et rafraîchissant le long des lauriers et pas du tout fatiguant au retour de la plage avec les enfants.
