The property is comfortable, well furnished and spacious.
The sitting area is inadequate ; too small dominated by dining table and one armchair. a SOFA is missing ! The entrance is not clearly marked and is easily missed ! A nuisance with the ring roads etc The super strada is handy but few nice villages to eat and visit. Reliant on AREZZO to eat especially which is a good 20 mins ' away Need car for certain.

Laura was very hospitable, genuine and very generous in leaving us home grown vegetables and their own family produced olive oil which was delicious. Comfort and pleasent accomodation in rustical ambient. Genuine, warm communication with the owners. We literary explored all Tuscany from this location. Good choice also if you are looking for escape from urban dynamics. Rarely giving 10, but in this case that's it.
The facility is looking even better than presented on the photos. They can improve their visual exposure.
