The decoration of the place was great and the loft space
There was no heating system on the loft and the actitude of the receptionist when we arrived and no basic medicines in any healthy emergencies

Beautiful place and great staff
Beautiful place, the room was very nice and the staff was wonderful and very friendly
Our room had very thin curtains so, in the morning we had a lot of light coming in, and the shower needs improving since the door didn’t open properly and the shower head splashed the water unevenly

Highly recommend!!
The room was a comfortable apartment. The staff was wonderful and checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. I especially liked that they met us at the guard gate with a golf cart and drove us to the hotel.

amazing place for a couple
Amazing decoration!!! it is extremely beautiful. great for couples to relax and live the experience of living on a dreamed house. Location is great.

Great location and beautiful, but bad logistics
Location on the Zocalo is great, but noisy at night.
Beautiful on the outside. The loft has holes in the floor, which causes dirt to into the kitchen. The few pots and pans in the kitchen are filthy. At the reception (blocks away) they required a $1000 pesos deposit, which cannot be paid on your credit card. We were only given one toilet roll.
