Borealis by Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant

Good location not too far and not too close. And shuttle pick up and drop off. Long Walking Trail

1 room not comfortable bang bed 🛏️ mattress and I found the oven tray did not clean

It's a lovely and peaceful place- our whole family really enjoys it.

Very clean, plenty of room. Comfortable accommodations

A disclosure that the pool was an outdoor and summer only pool.

When we arrived at 4:30pm there was no water supply so had to call and the tech showed up which fix the issue. The real problem start when Sunday morning at 6am there was no water supply again. I called the receptionist and he said he is sending someone shortly , no one showed up till 7:30. I called again and the next person informed us that the technician will come not before 9:30 am. We have to leave by 9 to mount tremblant to do all our prepaid activities. Now we are stuck there. I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me back never received a call back. Also there was garbage in one of the rooms closet with used condoms in it which was not cleaned before us.
