Lage war wirklich traumhaft, Ausstattung modern und vollständig, WLan fit, Vermieterin freundlich und hilfsbereit;
Warmwasser nur begrenzt verfügbar, Terrassen Schiebetüren schwergängig bzw nicht zu bewegen, Markise mit starkem Eigenleben, Geruch von Kebabstand unter der Unterkunft war besonders am Abend störend;

The view was absolutely stunning! It was close to the beach and to many restaurants. The apartment was nice, modern and convenient. The hosts were super nice and the restaurant they owned was amazing!
There was a bar next to the apartment that played loud music until midnight- 1am every day and especially as we were travelling with a kid this was disturbing as it was hard to sleep with the music.

Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Promenade, mit besten Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Wir hatten zwar keinen Balkon, aber ein riesiges Fenster zum Öffnen mit einer halbhohen Glasfront als Geländer👌. Also man sieht direkt von der Wohnzimmer Couch aufs Meer👍🏻.
Es ist gleich daneben eine Bar, die am Abend bis 24h relativ laut Musik spielt. Und das hört man sehr gut.

The view over the bay is outstanding and beautiful, we enjoyed that thoroughly.
It’s the perfect apartment if you enjoy loud music till very late at night ( Bikini Bar next door) - we slept reasonably well with Ohropax. If you‘re vegetarian the smell from the Kepab shop underneath the apartment may be disturbing.
Unfortunately we had an issue with the warm water in the whole apartment - measured 23 degrees which made showering very uncomfortable. We contacted the owner daily and were assured that it would be taken care of.
To cut a long story short we were told that the temperature was ok as not to cause scalding - (I have several messages going back and forth between both parties concerned).
At the end of our stay we were offered a discount should we book again to make up for the discomfort we experienced.
The smell from the drain in the bathroom is also not too pleasant.
