Airport Shuttle was great & arrived on time
Lobby environment & receiption desk staff was very good
Rooms were excellent.
Breakfast items were okay..not great, the staff couldn't speak english, no water anywhere. But the ambiance was fine.

Free upgrade, helpful staff with my luggage. Bathroom was excellent.
It was a bit hot in the room when I arrived but aircon cooled it down quickly.

Spacious rooms, very modern look. Clean and good for 1 night stay while you are waiting for your flight.
It is a bit tricky to book a shuttle, mainly because you have to use wechat or call them directly.

Einrichtung war sauber und in Ordnung
Transfer zum Flughafen perfekt
Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und englisch sprechend
Fernseher konnte nicht eingeschaltet werden, vermutlich Batterien der Fernbedienung
Kurzzeitig braunes Wasser
Keine Möglichkeit eines Abendessens, die zur Anlage gehörenden Restaurans waren für Gäste geschlossen (nur "Eingeweihte" saßen in den Restaurans)
zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen da der Shutelbus 5 am startete, ich hoffe die anderen Gäste konnten wenigstens ein Frühstück zu sich nehmen
