Very nice property, well located in a quiet street. 5 minutes walk from the beach. It’s on the other side of Sunny Beach, much more quieter and cleaner area, family oriented. Very safe, no traffic. Very safe. Convenient stores around. Don’t need a car. Owner is very helpful. Only issue is the reference address on Booking.com. It is #21 on Jasen and not #16 I had to call him, and he showed up 5mn after with his scooter.

Just the address to fix. And maybe adding a sign not in Cyrillic

The staff was kind and and polite. The room was perfect, clean, and cozy. The conditioner and the fridge worked well

The only minus was the poor sound insulation. I could litteraly hear every step and every breath in the corridor

Хотелът се намира на 10 минути разстояние до всичко - плажа, центъра и пристанището. Съвсем близо са и хранителни магазини и закусвални. Домакините са отзивчиви и любезни. Спалното бельо беше сменено по тяхна инициатива по средата на престоя ни. Стаите са достатъчно големи, с големи тераси и повечето стаи са с гледка към морето.

Няма такова.

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, Marina Dinevi, bus stop and a 24/7 supermarket, lovely hosts, clean rooms, nice balcony, excellent air conditioner; cleaning utensils and irons on every floor, the host offered us a kettle.

No elevator (we were on the 4th floor), no trash can in the room (just the bathroom one), parking was a bit tight, but everything worked out perfectly in the end. *The street number on Booking is wrong, it's actually Ulitsa Jasen 21. :)
