Sehr schönes Arthotel mit wunderschönen Exponaten, sehr gut dekoriert.
Zimmer/Bad sehr groß, sauber. Frühstück 5 Sterne, Rezeption leider nur 4 Sterne, aber die Mitarbeiter:innen alle sehr freundlich, hoch motiviert, hilfsbereit . .
Ein Mitarbeiter - Manager? Eigentümer? - war sehr eigen - lag im Sessel, Füße auf dem Tisch, ich musste mehrfach um ein Glas bitten, weil ich Cola nicht aus der Dose trinken möchte . . Und und und, noch war keine Saison, daher wohl noch nicht so voll in Betrieb . . Mache einen neuen Versuch . .

La cordialità del sig. Iacopo e dei ragazzi alla reception, una ottima colazione , camera spaziosa e pulita, uso della piscina dalle 08:00 alle 20:00

Struttura esterna piscina camera con secondo piano
Prese elettriche nascoste per attaccare il carica batterie del cellulare dobbiamo spostare comodini testata del letto e chinarsi. Per fare un te' bisogna staccare la piantana restando al buio per attaccare il bollitore.
Gabina doccia assente doccia in vasca...scomoda per anziani o persone con difficoltà.
Supporto carta igienica lontana dal water.
Lampada nell'ingresso comincia a fare la luce dopo 5 minuti.
Bagno Senza finestra.
Porte con chiave non a tessera
Per quanto ci riguarda non conferme a un 4 stelle....forse attribuito per le piscine?
