Custo alto ainda! Deveriam oferecer pelo menos forro de cama e toalha de banho e rosto, pelo valor cobrado.

Localização, e conforto pois possui ar condicionado e ventiladores nos ambientes.
Por não muita ventilação fica com cheiro de mofo no inicio, mas aí abre as janelas e logo melhora.
