Lovely, beautiful and cosy hotel with amazing people around.

Dear Sara, thank you so much. We had a wonderful stay in your hotel. Everybody is so friendly, our room had a beautiful view and we loved to come down in the morning for your warm “buongiorno”, the delicious breakfast and to come back in the evening for a lovely “buonanotte” from your staff. Very nice family friendly seaside hotel, small but beautiful!

Fantastic location right at the sea / beach; we had a kitchenette and balcony and a big bathroom; great staff very friendly and super kind with kids

The breakfast could have been of better quality and we would have preferred a more modern bed

Comfortable space, but lacking proper air conditioning

There was a park nearby, and it was comfortable to stay with a 2 year old.

The cooling system is old, and the air conditioning was lacking the refrigerant substance. It took about 4 hour for it to be able to bring the room to bearable level. It might have helped, if the staff turned it on in advance, before arrival, if they can't afford to fill it up with refrigerant. For this price for one night, though, I would kindly expect the refrigerant to be filled up, especially during these heat waves.

Perfect location, friendly staff

The location ia perfect. We had sea view and balcony. The hotel is located next to the beach and a pedestrian way. The personnel was extremely kind. Air conditioning was working well and room size was really comfortable.

The smell in the bathroom because it is not enough air (no window). We regretted that the hotel could not offer a proper breakfast apparently due to covid. No way to park, their parking lot was full, and Booked already for months. In high season it is hard to park around the hotel.

Great place for a weekend escape with kids

Location is unbeatable - 15m to the beach, 15m to a playground, 100 m to cozy Spotorno center. Views from balcony were simply amazing, having cappuccino with sunrise is priceless.

No breakfast due to Covid-19 restrictions, very friendly and well prepared staff, excellent location in front of the sea.

Simple et authentique

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel couplée aux prestations de qualité de l’hôtel!

Notre chambre était côté place de jeux, à refaire nous anticiperons et demanderons une chambre dans les étages supérieurs ou donnant de l’autre côté. Cela dit pour les familles c’est génial !

Bellissima struttura dalla posizione stupenda fronte mare e vicinissima sia alla spiaggia che al centro e a tutti i negozi. Camere ampie pilitissime e arredate con gusto elegante e particolare. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
