Dirdy house qith moulds

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had, and the apartment did not meet even basic standards.
The apartment was very dirty upon arrival. Pillows and the mattress were extremely dirty, old, damaged and heavily worn. Bed linen was dirty, and old, sweaty and unpleasant-smelling blankets were provided. All dishes were dirty and unusable. There were no cleaning products at all (no dishwashing liquid, sponge, detergent), making it impossible to clean the apartment ourselves.
There was no toilet paper provided, which was unacceptable after a long journey. Towels were delivered late at night by a woman, instead of being prepared before arrival.
The apartment was poorly equipped:
there was no kettle, making it impossible to prepare tea or coffee;
no trash bin and no garbage bags;
no washing machine;
no dishwasher;
lighting was extremely weak, so poor that it was difficult to see inside the apartment.
Furniture was damaged and unsafe — one cupboard was unstable and felt like it could fall and injure someone.
The apartment was cold, and there was visible mould on the walls, painted over but clearly coming through due to dampness, which is unhealthy.
A major issue was the boiler failure. On the second day, the boiler stopped working completely, resulting in no hot water and no heating. We were informed that nothing could be done because it was the holiday period. As a result, I had to repair the boiler myself, even though I am not a technician and this is clearly not a guest’s responsibility.
Another serious problem was the lack of internet. The listing clearly advertised free Wi-Fi, but there was no internet at all. We were informed only after arrival. Because of this, we were forced to purchase a local SIM card just to have basic internet access.
Communication throughout the stay was very poor, and many of these problems could have been avoided with proper preparation and honest information in the listing.

Buona casa vacanze
La posizione è eccezionale, proprio in centro paese a pochissimi passi dalla Coop e dalla fermata dello skibus gratuito per Andalo.
Gli spazi comodi, il riscaldamento molto efficiente e funzionale con termostato regolabile.
La dotazione di stoviglie è adeguata per una casa vacanze.
Il prezzo pagato è competitivo per la zona e il periodo.
Coperte e cuscini sono veramente vecchi e malandati, basterebbe una rinnovata con poca spesa per dare tutto un altro aspetto e soprattutto magari utilizzare piumini con il sacco che sono più facilmente lavabili e quindi igienici invece delle vecchie coperte di lana.
Il divano letto è un po’ usurato ma tutto sommato ancora comodo.
Manca la lavatrice, per una settimana non è un dramma ma se qualcuno soggiorna per un periodo più lungo magari in estate può diventare una scomodità.

Tranquilla e serena
La posizione ottima , praticamente in piazza dove si svolgono attività di animazione. La pulizia dell' alloggio , l'insonorizzazione ottima. La disponibilità della proprietaria e la cordialità nei nostri confronti.
L'unico neo e' la mancanza di un fornetto,per scaldare pietanze già pronte... Si fa comunque con le padelle

Buon rapporto prezzo qualità
Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato dove a parte un forno e un minimo di dotazioni iniziali (carta igienica,una spugna o strofinaccio in cucina) non manca nulla. Posizione nella piazza centrale di Cavedago dove ogni giorno ci sono attività pensate per i più piccoli.
L'animazione presente in piazza attacca con la musica a palla alle 16 del pomeriggio..non l'ideale per una vacanza rilassante in montagna..😬
