Located in the open countryside, the "Casa Patrizia" apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday, albeit within walking distance of places of interest such as Assisi, Perugia and Spello.
Area of 87 square meters, consisting of a 45 sqm living room with sofa bed, TV, table, open kitchen with oven, sink and fridge freezer. Number 2 double bedrooms with TV, air conditioning throughout the apartment, 2 bathrooms with shower. Reception for 6 people.
"Casa Patrizia" is part of the farm "Il podere di Francesco", composed of two other independent apartments: "Casa Francesco" (for 4 guests) and "La casa di Luca" (for 4 guests).
Guests can access the large outdoor garden, where they will find games for children, BBQ, outdoor tables, table tennis.
The farm "Il podere di Francesco" is located in Rivotorto di Assisi, Via di Bassano (Passo della Pietra 5/7), a small village on the slopes of Mount Subasio, 7 km from the seraphic city of Assisi. Location immersed in open country, it is a quiet place for a relaxing holiday.
From our structure in 5 minutes by car you can reach the national road E45 and quickly visit other places of historical, religious and artistic interest such as: Spoleto, Foligno, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello, Orvieto, the important fair center of Bastia Umbra and the "San Francesco di Assisi" airport which is only 15 km away.

This place is amazing and Patrizia and her family are great and accommodating. The house is incredible and a perfect place to spend with your family or significant other.
It was a very short drive up the hill to get to the town of Assisi and coming back to the house provides a scenic drive.
It was truly amazing, and we even canceled a leg of our trip in Italy to stay an extra night which Patricia easily made possible. Thank you
