Beautiful location and garden with a perfect swimmingpool, so clean and nice. Eleonora very helpful, we had 7 wonderful days, thank you!

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Tout était au rendez-vous, joli petit appartement, belle piscine et propriétaire sympathique.

Nice residence, made of only 7 apartments, perfect solution to be independent, in a small community and still enjoy the amenities of a village, such as a swimming pool and the spa. The owner is often around to help with any issues that may happen and to keep the order and tranquility of the residence and garden area. A few problems about TV set channels and hot water were solved quickly; the apartments are small and with basic furniture, however functional for a vacation stay. Definitely suggested. A few improvements would have allowed me to rank the fifth star: a dishwasher and an easier parking, unfortunately the space available for cars and the road to get there are small and parking becomes tricky when all apartments are busy; having a small car helps. In the evening, after sunset, get to the veranda overlooking the San Teodoro's pond and seaside and enjoy the view sipping a refreshing drink, relaxing from a long day and away from the mess of the crowded turistic towns. Enjoy!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Was wir persönlich etwas befremdlich und tatsächlich sehr störend fanden, war, dass die "Grundausstattung" nicht im Haus war, sprich bisschen Satz, Öl, bisschen Gewürze etc. Das ist sehr lästig, weil man dann angehalten ist, für den kurzen Aufenthalt eine Flasche Öl, diverse Packungen Gewürze, Zucker usw zu kaufen, was wir dann auch getan haben. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir alles an andere Gäste verschenkt, die wir über die Zeit kennergelernt hatten. Fakt ist, dass die Vermieter, die selbst direkt vor Ort wohnen, scheinbar bei der Endreinigung alles entsorgen/entfernen, was ja Gras. gut ist (aus hygienischen Gründen). Aber die offene Flasche Olivenöl, oder zwei Rollen Klopapier, oder bisschen Salz müssten wohl nicht aus hygienischen Gründen entfernt werden. Im Übrigen haben wir mitbekommen, dass der Grillplatz bzw. die vorgesehene Grill-Vorrichtung nicht funktionieren soll. Wir haben es aber selbst nicht ausprobiert. Den Jacuzzi hätten wir gern benutzt, aber über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt voll mit Blättern und "Naturschmutz" und wurde jedenfalls in der Woche nicht gereinigt. Schade! Die Familie (Vermieter) sind aber sehr nett und bemüht.
