Emplacement, propreté, espace
Certains équipements - notamment dans la cuisine, manquaient, p. ex: papier ménage, linge de cuisine.
Deux plaques de la cusinière ne marchaient pas.

La résidence est bien située. L'accès au parking est un plus.
Pour sortir du parking, du moins le dimanche, il faut le badge, badge qu'on a dû laisser en chambre avant de quitter les lieux... Le préciser en amont serait un plus pour éviter de se retrouver coincé devant la barrière du parking sans pouvoir sortir ! Un aller-retour en chambre pour prendre et ramener le badge est préférable que de rester bloqué ;-)

Great location, comfortable and clean. The host was responsive and helpful.
It would have been nice to have some very basic goods such as tea and coffee in the house, but they weren't advertised, so as expected. Value for money was average in our opinion.
