Location is excellent. Two blocks to the beach. Owner is incredibly helpful, (I.e. suggestions, transportation, restaurant), and knowledgeable. Property is clean and bed was comfortable super safe. Had access to washing machine which was so helpful
I think it’s normal for the area, but was surprised with the shower set up. It’s not a stand alone but part of the bathroom.

Заселение происходило быстро, приветливый персонал, отлично говорит на английском. В пешей доступности пляж, магазины, аптеки, обменники. Нашим плюсом было 4 кровати. В комнате есть кондиционер и балкон.
К сожалению отсутствовал интернет в номере. Было мало полотенец, нас четверо и мы получили два больших и два маленьких полотенца. Из ванной сильно пахло канализацией.

Świetna lokalizacja, na najbliższą plażę mniej niż 5 minut pieszo. Obok wszędzie restauracje, bary, sklepy (market otwarty do 24 dosłownie 3 minuty), nawet miejski przystanek autobusowy. Cicha i spokojna okolica, poniewaz to boczna ulica do głownej. Do centrum Durres (dworzec autobusowy) w drugiej czesci miasta ok. 30 minut pieszo. Duże i wygodne łóżko, bardzo przestronny balkon, telewizja z albanską kablówką, bardzo dobrze dzialajaca lodowka. W pokoju bardzo czysto. Gospodarz bardzo miły, w razie czegokolwiek jest też na miejscu.
Z minusów szkoda, ze w pokoju jest tylko duże górne światło, przydałaby się chociaż jakas nocna lampka, przydałby się też jakiś czajnik na wyposażeniu i talerze plus sztućce.

The price is nice, but do not expect too much.
1. Hard to find, not well tagged on google maps and there is no information in front of the building. We
recognized the building from the pictures but in different place than tagged on google maps.
Then lady from the neighbor shop helps us to find flat owners.
2. What is described as the air conditioning in the room is just a fun so the room was very hot.
3. Furniture is clean but old
