The lighting in both living room and bedroom was rather dim for reading by.

A peaceful retreat to withdraw, reflect and relax with immediate access to walks, the Bure Valley & Railway (15 mins) and surrounding countryside, with the accommodation providing everything necessary.

Clean, comfortable and had everything that you needed. Very well finished to a high standard.

If you are someone who relies on the internet it was a bit intermittent.

The post code mentioned for directions to the property takes you to Hall Lane, Felthorpe, some 5 miles away. After being re directed by a man at a Garage, we found our way eventually to Oxnead Hall which should have been the address mentioned, I believe. The kitchen sink was extremely small so most of our meals were eaten out. We have stayed in some very nice self catering properties booked through yourselves (booking.com) but feel that this property does not reach the same level of value for money.
