Everything was simply perfect! A cozy and spotless place with incredibly beautiful views. The hosts deserve a special mention — so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere was warm and homey, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Absolutely everything. We were warmly welcomed by Rosalba. Everything was thought of by the hosts. We really enjoyed breakfast with fresh bread and local meat and cheeses. Also the home-made pie was delightful. Beautiful place to stay! We will be back!

Alles! Es war eine herausragend positive Erfahrung. Die Unterkunft hat unendlich viel Charme und Rosalba ist die herzlichste Gastgeberin, die man sich wünschen kann. Das Frühstück war mit das beste, das wir je hatten.

Feels like home

Man hat sich dank einer außergewöhnlichen Gastgeberin in einem ganz besonderen Ambiente sofort zuhause gefühlt. Es war sehr persönlich und entspannt aber nie unangenehm oder zu persönlich. Man hat eine Ruhe und Entspannung geboten bekommen und war dennoch unmittelbar in der Nähe der schönsten Attraktionen, Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die das Trentino zu bieten hat. Man hat immer um Rat fragen können. Man hat immer Angebote aufgezeigt bekommen. Es ist keine Unterkunft um Party zu machen oder um unbedingt neue Bekanntschaften zu schließen. Es ist persönlich und mehr als ein Hotel aber dennoch ist man privat und unabhängig. Wir sind mit schwerem Herzen nach einer Woche wieder abgereist. Kommen aber sicherlich wieder.

Ein Glücksgriff!

Dieser Teil des Trentino ist keine Haupttouristenattraktion - völlig zu unrecht! Genau so schön wie Südtirol, aber von ausländischen Touristen bisher vergessen. Die Unterkunft mit Ihrer guten Seele Rosalba bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, ein sehr schön ausgebauter alter Hof, Naturstein, das Zimmer mit großem Duschbad, sehr bequemen, großen Bett, schöner Innenhof und Freisitz im Garten wird von Rosalbas Herzlichkeit getoppt, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Karten und Beschreibungen kann man von hieraus losziehen, die Gegend zu erkunden. Sie berät gern und bemüht sich sehr, deutschen Touristen entgegen zu kommen. Ja, man sollte ein Auto dabei haben. Die Gegend gibt viel her, Wandern, Paddeln, Rafting.... Rosalba bietet ein sehr gutes Frühstück an, vieles selbst gemacht und auch für "Kontinentaleuopäer", der Apfelsaft ist ein Traum. Ich würde gern noch einmal bei Ihr buchen.

Vacanza perfetta (e indimenticabile) in Val di Non

Struttura bella ed accogliente, con parcheggio sempre disponibile e buona posizione, al centro della Val di Non. Ottima la colazione con torte fatte in casa e prodotti locali. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità e le attenzioni di Rosalba che ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli sulle esperienze da fare in Val di Non. Vivamente consigliato un soggiorno qui, se potremo ci torneremo molto volentieri!

Südtirol von seiner besten Seite.

Wir verbrachten eine äußerst erholsame Woche bei unserer Gastgeberin Rosalba. Sie ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie führt die Agritur Ciastel mit viel Liebe und Ruhe. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein Traum. Es ist ein historisches Gebäude mit Charme und Wohlfühlambiente. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Der große Garten ist umgeben von Apfelbäumen und lädt, mit seinen vielen Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten, zum Verweilen ein. Casez ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Wir können die Agritur wärmstens empfehlen, und würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

La corte interna, il meleto, la sala colazioni. Ogni angolo ha una meravigliosa storia da raccontare. E grazie a Rosalba, che è una padrona di casa UNICA, queste storie prendono vita. Il suo fare amabile e gentile, la dedizione, la cura, la passione con cui si occupa di ogni singolo ospite, sono la vera ricchezza di questo posto magico. Ci siamo sentiti immensamente coccolati. Ontspannen en ontzorgd, simpelweg genieten

De accommodatie was prachtig, maar de gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw was nog het beste! Rosalda is een hele lieve en meedenkende gastvrouw. Op advies van haar hebben we mooie wandelingen gemaakt en lekkere wijn gedronken. De accommodatie is erg netjes en schoon. Er werd dagelijks gepoetst. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk met locale producten en elke ochtend zelfgebakken taarten. Zeker een aanrader, je voelt je er echt te gast.

Fantische accomodatie en de gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en wil dat je een leuke vakantie hebt.

De accomodatie alleen al als voormaligvkasteel. . Echt mooi. Autentiek. Mooie kamers en in de ontbijtruimte waan je je in een oude wijnkelder. Mooie binnen tuin. Mooie buitentuin met zitjes en tussen de appel en erenbomen in. Rustgevende accomodatie. Echt goed vertoeven. Aanrader.

Niet veel. Er was geen televiesie. Aansluiting wel. Dus die zal nog wel komen. Maar in principe heb je die ook niet nodig. Je hebt vakantie en wilt tot rust komen. Dat kan hier en in de omgeving.

Un joli endroit avec un supplément d'âme.

Nous avons apprécié cet endroit, mélange d'histoire et de modernité mais surtout la personnalité incroyable de Rosalba qui gère cet établissement avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et un supplément d'âme..... C'est très bien, tant au niveau de la propreté que des petits déjeuners, du confort des chambres ainsi que de l'accueil....

Absolute aanrader!!

Gastvrouw, Rosalba, is geweldig. Ze is rustig, behulpzaam, meelevend (mijn vrouw voelde zich al niet fit toen we daar aankwamen en Rosalba vroeg iedere dag met oprechte belangstelling, hoe het met haar ging. Soms zelfs via een appje. Wilde ook graag iets doen zodat ze zich beter zou gaan voelen). Rosalba heeft echt een hart voor al haar gasten. Ze zet graag een stap extra voor haar gasten. Soms met kleine details, maar wel verrassend. De kamers waren SUPERschoon. Ondanks het oude gebouw, was het interieur met bijzonder veel smaak en goeie materialen afgewerkt. Ook was de tuin een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven.

De perfecte locatie voor rust in een prachtig kasteel.

Het kasteel was echt een plaatje. Een heerlijke tuin om je te ontspannen en het ontbijt was ook heerlijk met streekproducten. Rosalba is echt een geweldige vrouw die precies weet hoe ze haar gasten in de watten moet leggen. Het zijn de kleine dingetjes, zoals elke avond een fles water klaarleggen. Ze geeft graag tips en doet haar werk met heel veel liefde en passie. Kamer was perfect, netjes en schoon.

Schlafen wie Dornröschen – im Apfelland 🌹🍏

Ein wunderbares altes Herrenhaus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr gutem Geschmack restauriert – geführt von einer herzlichen Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um jeden Gast kümmert. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und in der ruhigen Umgebung sowie dem schönen Zimmer so gut geschlafen wie schon lange nicht mehr. Besonders angenehm: Es gab sogar eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Kopfkissen, ein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank und eine kleine, feine Bibliothek mit Büchern zum Ausleihen. Das Frühstück war regional, frisch und mit viel Sorgfalt angerichtet – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Die empfohlene Fahrradtour durch das Nonstal war landschaftlich sehr reizvoll. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem mehrere beeindruckende Schluchten und Möglichkeiten zum Canyoning für Abenteuerlustige. Kulinarisch lohnt sich ein Besuch in der nahegelegenen Osteria Casa de Gentili, die ebenfalls empfohlen wurde – sehr lecker! Und wer danach noch Lust auf einen Drink hat, sollte gegenüber in der Bar unbedingt den Spritz Mela Rosso probieren.

An der Unterkunft absolut nichts – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Schade war lediglich, dass die Pizzeria im Ort schon geschlossen hatte – aber das ist natürlich saison- oder tagesabhängig und sagt nichts über die tolle Unterkunft aus.

Wunderschöne, restaurierte Burg mit gemütlichem Ambiente

Wir hatten einen wirklich wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und das lag vor allem an der großartigen Gastgeberin Rosalba. Sie war so herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam – man spürt sofort, dass sie mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft für ihre Gäste sorgt. Das Hotel ist eine restaurierte Burg mit sehr gemütlichen Ambiente, insbesondere der pittoreske Garten zum Hinterhof mit Apfelbäumen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an lokalen Erzeugnissen (Joghurt, Käse) und super leckerem selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, kleines, ruhiges Anwesen mit 4 Zimmern und großem Garten. Rosalba, die herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin verwöhnt mit außergewöhnlichem Frühstück und hilfreichen Tipps.

Einziger, kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Notwendigkeit einer Autofahrt von ca 5-10 Minuten für ein Restaurant am Abend.

Tutto perfetto! Il Ciastel è una location affascinante nel cuore della Val di Non. Il palazzo d'epoca è stato ristrutturato per fornire ogni genere di comfort. La colazione è composta di prodotti del territorio e da un'impressionante varietà di mieli, marmellate o torte fatte in casa dalla signora Rosalba. Tutto buonissimo! L'ospitalità al Ciastel è di un altro livello. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno e viziati da mille attenzioni e dettagli che hanno fatto la differenza. Altamente consigliato, noi torneremo di sicuro!
