La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulitissima, dotata di aria condizionata e sul corso principale della città.
La stanza viene affittata come dotata di balcone e di parcheggio, ma il balcone è interamente di servizio e occupato dalle unità esterne dei condizionatori, mentre il parcheggio è a pagamento. Ci siamo arrangiati per conto nostro con il parcheggio nelle vicinanze, pagando di meno di quello in convenzione. Altre cose da segnalare riguardano la doccia che non ha ripiani per appoggiare i saponi, non ha spiegazioni su come deviare l'acqua sul doccino e il soffione principale non funziona bene.
