The location is right near Chihkan Tower which is our main destination. It seems to be the only one with free parking which is a necessity for us. The hotel is decorated in a unique, sumptuous style. Downstair (1st and 2nd floors) is a nice-looking veggie restaurant. The building seems to have its own heritage.

The mattress is a memory mattress so not comfortable for someone who likes better support. There appears a security camera in the living room which makes it awkward since the bathroom is shared so walking through the living room after taking a shower (or watching tv in the room) is possibly recorded.

Good location. Close to everything. The property is old Taiwan style of building. Great deco and antique furniture. Can take some good photos. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The property is lack of practical aspect when comes to comfortability. Very steep stairs. If you have mobility issue, you will have trouble climbing to the third floor where the living areas are. You will have to share bathroom with other tenants. There are 3 rooms in total on the same floor. I had to wait in line to use the bathroom both in the morning and the evening. Because there are restaurants on the first and second floor, so it can be quite noisy. If you want to have an early night, make sure you have noisy cancelling earphones. The bed sheet don’t seem to be very cleaning. There are even pen mark on them??!!
