Posizione centrale, facilità di accesso, dimensioni del bilocale e disponibilità del proprietario.
La pulizia e qualità del pentolame che suggeriamo di controllare una volta l'inquilino lascia l'abitazione. Nonostante l'aumento della temperatura del termostato gentilmente effettuata dal proprietario la temperatura della casa (soprattutto la camera) era freschina.

De rustige ligging, op enkele minuten wandelen van de stad. Wel wat klimmen 😉
Er was slechts airco in 1 ruimte, die vrij luid was . In de slaapkamer was er enkel een ventilator , wat niet echt voldoende was bij deze hitte .
