The apartment is furnished in a modern way, very clean and large. Communication with the owner was via email, , but it would have been faster and more effective if they had answered the telephone indicated on booking.

The sofa was broken and the induction hob for cooking didn't work. The cutlery is only for four people. If they had answered our phone calls they would have helped us resolve the problems we had

In der Küche fehlte es an Geschirr und Besteck. Es war nicht ausgelegt für fünf Personen. Im mittleren Bad in der Dusch floss das Wasser nicht ab. Bei unserer Ankunft war es Dezember, sehr kalt und mit Schnee. Leider war die Heizung nicht an und musste erst gestartet werden. Die erste Nacht mussten wir frieren. Danach jedoch sehr warm.

The house itself is spacious and has a nice layout across three floors. The view from the top floor is pleasant, and the living room area is quite bright.

We stayed here over the Easter weekend (April 5–7) and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. When we arrived in the evening (around 8 PM), the house was extremely cold — even colder than outside. The host knew our arrival time in advance, but the heating was clearly not turned on beforehand. The house has three floors, and the lower floors were especially freezing. It was impossible to sleep in the bedrooms on the first floor due to the temperature. The only working air conditioning unit was on the top floor (living room area), so one of us had to sleep on the sofa just to stay warm. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping, and the AC was very noisy, but it was the only option. Additionally, the internet was not working during most of our stay and was only fixed on the last day when we were already leaving. Mobile signal was also very poor. Overall, the stay felt quite uncomfortable due to the cold and lack of basic amenities like stable internet.
