Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Private car port and parking for 2 cars. Front garden and second floor glass balcony with sea views. One well behaved dog welcome (not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and town centre 10 mins walk. Beach 50 yards.
