Beautiful quiet place, perfect for swimming running.

The hosts stayed up for me as I came in very late due to traffic. The place is beautiful. 10 min walk from the beach where you can swim. You can walk or bike the beautiful forest around the property. The room has a nice bathroom and lovely terrace that is looking into a vineyard.

I've liked the location of apartment, there is first beach at approx. 800 meters from apartment. As a solo traveler I can surely tell that it is nice for exploration of Istra in Croatia, really nice people and beautiful place to go, I've explored several beaches and they are all nice and beautiful and also Novigrad was excellent. My girlfriend was at apartment in Lanterna, it was something near 10 minutes of morning walk between us and hosts told me that my girlfriend can come and even sleep in my apartment even if I payed only for myself so it was so flexible and nice with hosts, all recommendations for apartment! :)

Lovely, chill place for people who like to be far from noise.

The area was great, we could walk to the see in 5 minutes, the village is also near.

When walked back in the night, there was no light. It's not responsibility of the Appartman as it is outside of the village, I just want to highlight it, as it is important to think on it before somebody plans to walk far without any light source. Also Google map shows the place a little off (the mark is not exactly where the palace is).

Nice view from room, quiet surrounding, included parking space

Unfortunately, very bad smell so that we couldn't even sleep there although we wanted to because location was convenient (smelled as if room had been closed for too long, moldy and "old" smell); owner seemed ok at the beginning but once we expressed our wish to leave due to health problems with smell (and wife of owner promised to confirm we didn't stay there to obtain refund) owner turned out to be very uncooperative and unfriendly (he didn't agree to refund and even insulted one and used swear words on phone--> I never experienced this kind of bad customer treatment by owner); owner wanted to get our personal ids overnight; very difficult to find; not even soap offered in bathroom (maybe it was forgotten by them); owner doesn't speak English (which is difficult in tourism) and therefore difficult to communicate with him (good that we spoke another language that owner could understand). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place at all. Please be careful so that you don't experience types of problems we had.

De locatie lag erg afgelegen, Dit was niet erg maar de wegen erheen waren zo verschrikkelijk slecht begaanbaar Hele dikke keien en stenen je auto vloog van links naar rechts ook al reed je stapvoets

Nyugodt környezet, kellemes szállás

Egy kedves, idősebb pár volt a vendéglátó. Segítőkészek, barátságosak voltak. A szállás tiszta és jól felszerelt volt. Bekészítve takaró, ruhaszárító, bögre, vízforraló, ruhaszárító, törölköző, hajszárító stb. Nekünk külön tetszett, hogy a kerti grillsütőt is használhattuk. A szoba klímás, hűtőszekrény is rendelkezésre áll, és van egy kis terasz, ahol lehet reggelizni, kávézni. Gyönyörű a szállás környezete, és a közelben van egy kis strand is, ami gyalogosan pár perc alatt megközelíthető. Kieső helyen van, emiatt nagyon nyugodt környezetet biztosít a pihenésre, azonban ha komolyabb programot, vagy bevásárlást tervezünk, az csak kocsival lehetséges. Boltok aránylag messze vannak ezért édemes 1-2 napra bevásárolni érkezés előtt, és evőeszközt, tányért, pár konyhai kelléket magunkkal vinni.

Veramente ottimo!

Camera spaziosa e comoda con un balconcino utile per stendere e ottimo per godersi la vista sul vigneto. La signora è gentilissima e molto disponibile. C'è un comodo parcheggio interno e la posizione è ottima per la tranquillità e la vicinanza con i maggiori luoghi di interesse!

Bellissimo posto

Posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura, Stelio e moglie molto gentili, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, il ristorante Kod Stelio del figlio, ci ha offerto una cena ottima. Il posto è centrale per poter trovare le migliori spiagge a pochi km. Ci torneremo il prossimo anno. Grazie per la bella vacanza!

Якщо коротко - все дуже сподобалося! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! Якщо довго: 1. Ми трохи спізнилися із заїздом - власник фазенди з дружиною люб'язно зачекали на нас без нарікань. 2. Вид з вікна - виноградник і оливки! Тихо і спокійно - саме те, що треба українцям!!! 3. Дуже чемно та дружньо! 4. Власник "Хизувався" перед друзями, що у нього відпочивають з України! 5. Рекомендую спробувати домашне вино (дружині більше сподобалося біле, а мені червоне) - класичне сухе - гроно винограду в бокалі! Також рекомендую оливкову олію - магазинні варіанти навіть порівнювати не буду. 6. Лайфхак по-хорватські - холодильник на балконі. 7. Кондиціонер, горяча вода, WiFi, телевізор, парковка в дворі - все працює, все є. 8. МОРЕ - дуже суперове!!! Чисте - прозоре, тепле, риба, ракушки, кам'янистий пляж. До моря треба трохи пройтись (500м.), але це не вплинуло на якість відпочинку.

Перше і єдине - хоч би один уркаїнський канал по ТВ, хоча телевізор ми вмикали один раз - не знадобився. Так що не було того, що не сподобалося.

Trevligt lugnt ställe på en familjegård som har druv och olivträd. Tillmötesgående värdpar som var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Nära till fint naturbad.
