The neighborhood is very quite as its not in the center of Rowy. Its 10mins walk to city center and arouns 15mins to the nearest beach. The house itself was clean and cozy .
There are some small cars/gokart for kids,small trampoline, sandbox with toys and swing with slide.
There are small bbqs for each apartment
You can hear your neighbors if they are bit louder ( thin walls)
