- les propriétaires sont très sympathiques - le jardin est super - l'emplacement est génial - Possibilité de brancher un véhicule électrique
- Pas adapté pour une famille avec des enfants en dessous de 5 ans - Bcp de mobilier est cassé/ vieillissant/ abîmé ( placard avec des tiroirs manquants. / Chaise de bureau avec une roue manquante/ tringle à rideau rouillée etc...) - Maniac s'abstenir
