A tenger közelsége, a lakás beosztása, a két terasz, az állatbarát megközelítés, a tulajdonosok kedvessége! Az ágynemű természetes anyaga, minősége, az első terasz kihúzható napvitorlája, a szomszédban térképen fent nem lévő nagyon jó étterem bár van.

Minden tetszett, de amivel még jobb lehetne: szúnyoghálók az ablakokra, légkondi minden szobába, kicsit több konyharuha.

Wir wurden bei der Anreise von Luana sehr herzlich begrüßt. Im Kühlschrank war eine Flasche Wein und Mineralwasser eingekühlt und eine Schüssel Obst war für uns bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft war grandios! Die Ausstattung, die Terrasse, der Meerblick, die Nähe zum Strand, der Gratis-Parkplatz, um nur einige Dinge zu nennen, waren perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Es gibt einige nette Bars und Lokale in der Umgebung, die Altstadt von Malinska erreicht man über die wunderschöne Promenade in ca. 20 gemütlichen Gehminuten. Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, die mit dem Auto in 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar sind (Bäcker auch fußläufig). Wir durften unseren Hund mitnehmen, auch das war problemlos möglich. Da wir sehr kurzfristig buchten, waren nur mehr vier Nächte frei, wir werden aber sicher wiederkommen, beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne länger!

The view from the living room is amazing! The apartment has everything you need for a vacation - and more. On request the host provided us a baby cot and a high chair so we didn’t have to bring these from home. Kitchen had everything we needed as well (not just kitchenware but also basic ingredients like salt, sugar and oil). The welcome juice/wine and fruits were the extra cherry on top. Towels were changed during our stay and the host was available for any question or need. There are several beaches within walking distance (Rocky and pebbled beach as well), SUP renting, restaurants etc. The neighbouring restaurant has a music on and has guests during the day but it is not loud at all and inside the house you can’t hear anything (our baby slept peacefully during the days).

The matresses are extra soft (question of preference). The small bedroom is located right under the upstairs flat’s bathroom so you can hear the toilet flushing very loudly (for light sleepers it can be annoying).

Our stay was just awesome. The place is rented out by the Turčić family, who couldn't be more hospitable. Luana met us upon arrival to show us around and give us the keys to the apartment. Both her and her father Perica were always available for questions and help. Fresh towels were delivered after two days, which was a super nice gesture considering this is not a hotel. Overall, the apartment couldn't be better located - you could practically roll into the sea :) The size of our apartment could fit 6 people, so it was more than enough for us (2 adults and 2 kids). It has a spacious private parking directly in front of the building and all the amenities you could need for your stay - nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine in one of the bathrooms (it has two), three bedrooms and a huge living space with a TV that has Netflix, WiFi, AC in all the rooms and two outdoor areas - one in the front with some seating to chill and view the sea as well as some lounge chairs in the side area, which also has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill.
