Nice spot but ski area quite small.
Convenient key pickup pre arranged.
We arrived at 1100 but the room was not ready. This was not a problem, the check in time simply could have been communicated via the text message received about location of the key etc. We had a coffee and waited. The bed- pillow was not comfortable and despite looking for extra pillows none were found. Several messages were sent to host asking if more were available but no answer was ever received. We had two bad nights sleep.
