Fabulous !

Excellent host who picked us up from port and helped with cases, even carrying a heavy one up to the upstairs bedroom. The property was absolutely stunning with fantastic views. It was also very well equipped and everything was spotless. As the host lived next door, within the very large, landscaped grounds, he was easily accessible if we had any questions. He also recommended some fantastic restaurants that we otherwise might not have tried.

Dream home setting with unforgettable views.

The hosts Kyriakos and Tini are amazing people who go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your time in Paros. Kyriakos met us at the port just to make sure we got to the villa easily and safely and helped us all with our bags as well. The home is enormous and so beautiful. Gardens are spectacularly kept. Beds are very comfortable. The home is set in a beautiful quiet space where you can appreciate insane views of Parikia. Sunsets are magical here. Very close to town so easy to get around with a car. Highly recommend having a car for ease. Would 100% recommend and return for another stay when we can.

Absolutely perfect - beautiful villa & great hosts who were really attentive and helpful with recommendations.

Kyriakos’ villa is absolutely stunning, with panoramic views over the port but high enough up to feel secluded and private. Sunsets guaranteed every night. Ample space for 6 adults and all commodities available.

Nothing at all! We hadn’t planned on hiring a car however on Kyriakos’ recommendation we did and we were very thankful for it!

Most Wonderful Stay

This villa exceeded our expectations! The villa and and grounds are much more beautiful and spacious in person and the entire place is full of positive energy. We had everything we needed and more. We were a group of 7 ladies and the owners took great care of us before and during our stay. We are so grateful for their hospitality. They were kind to come in to collect garbage and change our towels daily. The location is just enough of the main road for peace and privacy. We highly recommend this villa and we hope to be back again! Thank you, K!!

Beautiful Home Overlooking Parikia and the Aegean Sea

This is a beautiful property with lush gardens and a large swimming pool. The view of the Paros coast and Parikia is outstanding from the living room, dining area and outside patios. The 3 bdrm home is spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well appointed with appliances, cookware and so on. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendation for dining and activities on Paros. We will stay at Anne Marie again when we visit Paros.

The home was wonderful and there are no recommendations for improvement.

Beautiful villa with stunning sea views

The villa was large, well equipped, light and airy with high ceilings and would comfortably accommodate six people with its generous built in wardrobes, two bathrooms and spacious entertaining areas. It is set in large, immaculately kept and very prettily planted grounds with an electric gate at the entrance. The pool is huge and provides 180 degree views over the bay and the terraces are perfect to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. There are lots of places to relax indoors and out. The friendly and helpful owners not only sorted our car hire but kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and left us freshly baked bread and other delicious bakery treats every couple of days.

Very nice Villa close to Parikia

The Villa was very spacious and well furnished. The location is just what you need, close to Parikia (5’ by car) but also far away from Party trouble and the crowd. Situated on the hills above Parikia in a very nice spot with a huge garden and nice pool!

Beautiful Villa

The view and villa are beautiful. House was spacious and the pool was huge and gorgeous. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful as well. They offered to pick us up from the port and also offered to drop off our luggage for us. They went the extra mile and bought little bracelets for our young girls, this was very nice.

The owner lives on the same property and although they were very attentive we felt like this should have been disclosed on the listing. The owners would enter the villa without our approval and shut off the AC when we would leave for the day. We found the windows open and that led to us finding bugs including spiders in our room and luggage. Overall they were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything ranging from the location, the house, its ammenities and the owners, made our stay better than expected. Kiriakos and Christina have been the best hosts within our booking experience. We thank them for their great friendship with our family.

Just perfect!

This place was wonderful, we felt like home. Close to Parikia but with a wonderful view. The host took care of us like an old friend! The apartment was spotless clean and very well equipped. The pool area was great! Rent a motorbike or a car and you can discover all the beautiful beaches, villages and restaurants around the island.
