This home is perfect for your family, or for business visitors to Houston. It is five minutes drive to downtown and the Washington Avenue/White Oak entertainment districts. A Metro stop just steps away. Convenient freeway access is a few blocks away to take you anywhere in the city from its central location. Woodland Heights is a "Hometown near downtown since 1907", with craftsman-style homes, sidewalks, and beautiful large oak trees.
My home is across the street from Woodland Park, which has tennis, a playground, and bike rentals. Just a few blocks south is White Oak Park, with bike trails along Buffalo Bayou. A neighborhood coffee bar and restaurants are within walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was conveniently located to all we were in town to do, comfortable, and clean. If you want a simple, quiet place in the best neighborhood in Houston (my fav at least) this place is an ideal choice.

Great space and location! The house was very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion would be some sort of window treatment in the rooms... the paper blinds didnt stand a chance against the June heat, so the house took a long time to cool to a comfortable temperature, and the rooms were bright when trying to sleep.

This house was really great. There were four of us that stayed in a three bedroom two bath. It was plenty of room. The furniture was comfortable centrally located so we were near a lot of things. We didn’t have to drive far for much. We would stay here again.

Great and impeccably decorated house! Very high quality furnishings and the kitchen has an abundant supply of dishes and cookware. We loved the FOB operated security gate. This is a safe Heights neighborhood, but being able to park your car inside the gate is a very nice plus! Also enjoyed walking in the Woodland Heights neighborhood. ,
