Beachfront • Don Pedro/Palm Island
This is a lovely 1300 sq. foot townhouse located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico on Don Pedro Island/Palm Island. This barrier island is located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. It is accessible by private boat or car ferry. Our townhouse is beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings, all kitchen amenities, 3 flat screen TVs, linens, towels, grill, outdoor shower, heated gulf front pool, tennis court. dockage and more! Our kitchen is brand new and we love it! The guest room now has a queen beside the bunk beds. Wireless Internet and Cable TV included. There is a restaurant, gift store and coffee/ice cream shop located on the island.
This townhouse sleeps 4 adults comfortably. 1 king in the master and 2 bunks, a trundle and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. No smoking.
This is a very quiet unit as the units on either side don't rent. We are interested in having couples and we will make your stay special!

Wonderful stay. The property was even better than advertised. It was just perfect for a winter getaway. Located right on the Gulf of Mexico so you could walk a few feet to the beach or just sit on your deck and enjoy it from there. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Sarah and Jack were there for questions and to offer information about the local area. Definitely will consider returning.

Much needed R&R and get away for my son and I. We had an amazing time @ 4:15 somewhere. Sarah was awesome to deal with and very kind. We will be back for sure!!Thank you Jack and Sarah
